11 missing, tens of thousands evacuated as storms strike south China

Eleven missing in southern China due to storms, and thousands evacuated in Guangdong. Xinhua reports 11 missing and over 45,000 have been already evacuated from Qingyuan city. More than 53,000 people have been relocated across the province. Heavy rain is expected to continue on Monday, with meteorological authorities forecasting thunderstorms in Shenzhen, Guizhou.
