3 dead after small plane crashes into row of townhouses in Oregon, TV station reports

A small plane crash in Fairview, Oregon, killed three people and set several townhouses on fire. The twin-engine Cessna 421C went down near Troutdale Airport, causing a power line collapse and a separate brush fire. Authorities have not identified any emergency calls from the aircraft before the crash. Federal investigators are probing the incident.
