7 Chinese naval ships, 5 military aircraft detected around Taiwan

Taiwan News reported that Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense spotted seven Chinese naval vessels and five military aircraft near the island on Sunday at 6 am. One of the PLA aircraft entered Taiwan's Southwest Air Defense Identification Zone. Taiwan's armed forces are closely monitoring the situation and have deployed necessary forces in response.
