The main fight of the "UFC on ESPN 57" mixed martial arts (MMA) tournament, which took place on Sunday, in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, witnessed a controversial arbitration decision.

The fight brought together the French fighter, Nasreddin Imavov, from the Russian Republic of Dagestan, and the American Jared Cannonier, and ended with the former winning by technical knockout in the fourth round.

The French fighter delivered several strong and effective punches to his opponent, so the referee intervened and stopped the fight, although the American fighter, who protested the controversial decision, did not fall, with the fans booing this decision as well.

Nasreddin Imavov (29 years old) achieved his fourteenth victory during his professional career so far, compared to four defeats and one draw.

While Jared Cannonier (40 years old) suffered his seventh defeat during his professional career so far, compared to 17 wins.
