Algeria and Iran sign 6 joint cooperation agreements

The Iranian Mehr Agency reported that officials from Iran and Algeria signed 6 joint cooperation documents in various fields in the presence of the presidents of the two countries.

The agency explained that the cooperation agreements are in the fields of oil and gas, science and technology, knowledge-based economy, sports, tourism and media.

The signing of the cooperation documents came after a joint meeting held by high-level delegations from Iran and Algeria.

Today, Sunday, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held private bilateral talks with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ibrahim Raisi.

Today, the Iranian President is making an official visit to Algeria after participating in the seventh summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum.
