The decision was made in a court ruling after the vehicles were confiscated by DIICOT.

A statement from the Tate Brothers’ Lawyers Lawyer Eugen Vidineac welcomed the decision.

He described the decision “legal and well-founded.” He said: “The decision could not have been different, considering the details of the case.”

Lawyer, Ioan Gliga commented on the ruling, saying: “It put an end to an egregious abuse by the authorities concerning the confiscation of the assets.”

This decision follows a series of legal actions and intense debates in the case of the Tate brothers, who contested the confiscation of their luxury cars.
