After an Arizona grand jury indicted 18 people in late April, including Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows, over an alleged attempt to alter the results of the 2020 presidential election, prosecutors in the state have tried for weeks to serve Donald Trump's former bug-eyed attorney with notice of his indictment. Where could Rudy be? He hasn't made many friends. Early last month, a judge determined that Giuliani could remain in his Florida condo for now after a NY bankruptcy judge declined to rule on a motion filed by his creditors that would've forced him to sell the Palm Beach property.
Giuliani owes the election workers he propped up to publically and falsely demonize a whopping $148 million from a defamation judgment. And now he's missing. Has anyone checked Mar-a-Lago? I hear that at least one potential felon hangs out there.
CNN reports:
Giuliani is among a group of former President Donald Trump's allies indicted last month in Arizona alongside the 11 individuals who acted as fake GOP electors from the state in the last presidential election.
But the former New York City mayor and one-time attorney for Trump is the only defendant prosecutors have been unable to serve with a summons, according to Richie Taylor, a spokesperson for the Arizona attorney general's office.
