Bangladesh election could be 'little over a year away', hints Yunus govt

Amid uncertainties about Bangladesh's election timeline, the interim govt led by Mohammad Yunus indicates it could take a little over a year to organize polls. Six commissions are set to submit reform proposals by Dec 31, 2024. Diplomatic ties with India and Pakistan are also under consideration.
