Biden assails Trump NATO's remarks, accuses him of torpedoing foreign aid bill

President Biden on Tuesday tore into former President Donald Trump, saying the presumptive Republican nominee's comments encouraging Russia to attack defense-shirking NATO members were "dangerous," "un-American" and a threat to U.S. security.
