Boy, 16, mauled by great white shark while fishing off popular beach in Australia after hooking beast on line

A TEENAGE boy has been rushed to hospital with injuries after being mauled by a great white shark while fishing.

He was bitten on the leg while swimming off a beach in South Australia on Sunday.

Paramedics rushed to West Beach to treat the 16-year-old after the horror attack.

The youngster was attacked around 1.40pm.

He is reportedly in stable condition following the horror incident.

Just one day earlier another man was rushed to hospital in Australia after a shark attack.

The beachgoer was bitten at the Bombie Surfing Spot in western Australia around 12.30pm on Saturday.

Cops said paramedics were not alerted about the horror attack until the man presented himself at the hospital.
