A TEEN boy who slaughtered his parents and 12-year-old brother to “live more freely” has revealed chilling new details of the horrific triple murder.
The 17-year-old, named only as Riccardo C., admitted to butchering his family with a kitchen knife.

The teen told cops that he took the step after becoming obsessed with The Beatles‘ The Long and Winding Road in a chilling confession.
He said he listened to the lines “Many times I’ve been alone // And many times I’ve cried over and over”, local media reports.
The teenager claimed he did not want his family “to suffer” as he slaughtered them.
But he admitted stabbing his dad more than once.
He has now revealed that he hid the bloody knife under a pillow and went downstairs to pretend a victim and call out for help.
But then he changed his mind and went back to the room again – only to close his dead family members’ eyes before taking the knife out of the bed.
He told the cops: “I went back upstairs, took the knife and closed everyone’s eyes.”
After slaughtering his family, the boy’s grandfather reportedly asked him why he killed his brother.
To which he chillingly replied: “I wouldn’t have been able to abandon him.”
In the brutal attack that took place on Sunday, September 1, the teen first went up to slaughter his brother while he was deep asleep.
Lorenzo’s shouts woke up their parents, who then raced to his bedroom to check up on him.
Unaware that his eldest was the attacker, the panicked father yelled for his help, only to then be killed by his own son.
He then stabbed both his parents to death.
The boy also told detectives he had “no real reason” for killing his mum, dad, and brother, but said he felt “oppressed” and wanted to “free myself from this discomfort”.
He added that these feelings had surfaced only a few hours following the celebration of his dad’s 51st birthday.
The teen revealed that he stabbed his brother in the throat as he woke up and screamed “Daddy”.
“He was on the bed, turned on his left side toward the window. I stabbed him in the throat with the first blow,” he told investigating authorities.
“I covered his mouth and stabbed him again. I went to my parents’ room.”

“They turned on the light, I was in front of them with the knife in my hand, and they told me to stay calm. They came into the room with me and I attacked them.”
He then stabbed his mum while his father begged to throw the knife away and ring emergency responders.
But as soon as his father turned around to go to his brother’s bed, he attacked him on the back.
“[My father] was panting so I hit him in the throat,” the killer boy told cops.
Before he attacked his father, he informed the officers, his sibling was dead in his bed and his mother’s body lay on the ground by his father’s feet.
The teen had told authorities a made-up account of how he saw his father kill his mother and brother before grabbing a knife and stabbing him, Italian media reported.
He reportedly told cops: “I killed my dad, come.”
However, cops were not convinced of his made-up story as he showed no physical signs of struggle.
After spending the entire Sunday being questioned by detectives, the boy was arrested for his murdering spree.
Judicial officials say the motivation for the triple homicide is yet unknown.
“It will be necessary to wait for a long time before explaining such an atrocious gesture,” they said.
Juvenile prosecutor Sabrina Ditaranto told reporters on Sunday: “The boy understood that he had done something irreversible, he expressed his own discomfort, not related to the family.
“From a judicial point of view, we do not have a technically valid motive.
“From a sociological and psychological point of view obviously the investigations are open.”
Friends of the family and Paderno Dugnano Mayor Anna Varisco expressed horror upon learning of the horrific killings.
She told Italian media: “They were a normal, serene family, not followed by social services and described by everyone as not having problems.”
Flowers and tributes were seen lying outside the family’s home.
Neighbours described the family as quiet, well-off, and hard-working.
