Brazil's President Lula cancels Russia trip for Brics summit following head injury

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva canceled his trip to the Brics summit due to a head injury sustained from a fall. Advised against long flights, he will participate via videoconference. Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira will lead Brazil's delegation in his place.
