A DAD who died on a flight back to the UK was with his two children.
Chris Neill, 40, was heading back to Liverpool from Bulgaria when he fell ill.
The Jet2 plane made an emergency landing in Cologne, Germany.
But as Chris was led down the plane’s steps, he collapsed.
It is feared the dad-of-two, who was travelling with his sons Archie, eight, and Robin, 19, suffered a heart attack.
Funds are now being raised for Chris’ heartbroken family to repatriate his body and to pay for his funeral.
Chris’ family said his travel insurance had lapsed without renewal, reports the Mirror.
