It comes after a Brit suffered a horror ski accident while on holiday in Bulgaria – and is now fighting for her life.
Olivia Corbiere, 23, was put in an induced coma after plunging 15ft from a ski path into a huge ravine in the southwestern town of Bansko.
The young Brit had just celebrated her birthday last Tuesday and flew out to the resort of Chalin Valog with her pals and her sister Phoebe, 19, on Friday.
Olivia – a kitchen designer and an experienced skier – was rushed to Bulgaria‘s capital Sofia on Sunday afternoon after her terrified pals pulled her from the water.
Doctors placed her in an induced coma after she suffered horrific injuries including a broken pelvis, three fractured vertebrae, a broken eye socket and a broken nose.
She reportedly underwent a four-hour emergency surgery where doctors removed part of her skull to stop the bleeding on her brain.
Meanwhile, another tourist was found lying dead in a pool of blood by a cleaner in a holiday apartment in Gran Canaria on Monday.
The unnamed holidaymaker, 33, is said to have suffered a major head injury at the Brit holiday hotspot.
The victim was initially reported to be British, but police sources have since confirmed he was Irish.
The tourist was found dead at roughly 12.30pm on Monday at the Colina Mar apartment complex in the resort of Puerto Rico in the municipality of Mogán in the south of the island.
He is said to have suffered a head injury from a blow or fall.
In nearby Lanzarote, an allegedly “drunk and drugged up” Brit driver is accused of mowing down a family of tourists and killing a four-month-old baby.
British expat Olivia Brown, 23, was allegedly over the legal limit and under the influence of alcohol and drugs when her car mounted the pavement and struck two families last week.
She is accused of manslaughter and drunk driving but had her hearing suspended after she suffered a panic attack.
The hotel worker is currently under house arrest and could be jailed for causing the death of Brit tot Harper Ayton.
