Brit tourist, 47, killed in horror crash on Greek hols island after driver smashed into family as they walked along road

A BRIT has been killed on a Greek holiday island after a driver smashed into a family walking a,long the road, local reports said.

The 47-year-old woman was on holiday with her husband, in-laws, son-in-law and daughter-in-law, who was also injured in the horror traffic accident on the island of Chania.

The woman was injured in the head but was picked up by an ambulance while still conscious.

A few hours later she died in Rethymnon Hospital.
