A BRITISH tourist has died from a heart attack at a ski resort in the French Alps.
The 63-year-old man complained of feeling ill before collapsing in the popular resort of La Plagne.
The man died at La Plagne ski resort[/caption]A police spokesman told The Sun: “The 63-year-old complained of feeling ill, and then collapsed.
“Emergency workers were at the scene extremely quickly, but the man could not be revived.
“He was declared dead by the Modane mountain aid station.”
A 30-year-old woman also vanished in La Plagne on Sunday.
She went for a run in the morning and didn’t return as planned, La Dauphiné reports.
Search and rescue teams combed the area throughout the day and into the night.
It’s not yet known if the missing woman is British.
