She was rushed to Bulgaria’s capital Sofia on Sunday afternoon.

Olivia has been placed in an induced coma after suffering horrific injuries including a broken pelvis, three fractured vertebra, broken eye socket and a broken nose.

This afternoon she reportedly underwent a four hour emergency surgery where doctors removed part of her skull to stop the bleeding on her brain.

Olivia’s mother Linzi, 46, has flown out from Aston, near Rotherham, South Yorkshire, after learning the horror news.

The heartbroken mum said surgeons told her they had “never seen” a head injury like this, the Mail reported.

Linzi said: “Olivia has just come out of surgery and the surgeon says they’ve never seen a head injury like it.

“The next few hours are critical and they’re going to wake her up tomorrow. They’re very strict in Bulgaria and we’re not able to sit by the bed or visit.

“But they did allow me to and see her yesterday and I was able to speak to her and tell her we’re here for her. Her eyelashes flickered, so I know she heard me.’
