Wakil Hasan and his family, including his wife and three children, are now forced to live on the street as their house has been completely demolished by bulldozers. Salimullah Khan said that according to media reports, Wakil Hasan He has also accused DDA that without his presence, his children were thrown out of the house and household goods were thrown out and bulldozers were driven away. He said that those who honor the country are like heritage but DD. A has brought them to the streets which is sad. Such treatment of one's heritage by the officers of a state is shameful.

The report also claims that the children of lawyer Hasan were mistreated by the police and kept in the police station. Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Delhi state president Salimullah Khan said that the hero who played his role for the country. This behavior of the administration is alarming and not in accordance with the law. In a statement issued to the media, Jamaat-e-Islami Delhi Pradesh has demanded the Delhi government to make arrangements for the rehabilitation of Wakil Hasan's family and give them adequate compensation.
