China steps up grey-zone warfare to exhaust Taiwan, defence report says

China has intensified grey-zone warfare against Taiwan, using balloons, drones, and civilian boats. Taiwan is taking various measures to counter the threats, including boosting infrastructure resilience, stockpiling weapons, and drawing lessons from conflicts. Beijing has also increased coast guard patrols around the Kinmen islands.
