Diet destroys health!

Eggs are a low-cost source of easily digestible animal protein. Therefore, this product is often recommended in various diets. There is a diet that is based entirely on eggs.

Gastroenterologist Dr. Vladimir Loginov points out that eating eggs makes a person feel full and does not provide extra calories, thus helping to get rid of excess weight.

But can you eat too many eggs a day? Of course, this is out of the question. That is, you cannot eat too many eggs.

However, many people find that the egg diet is an effective way to lose weight, but they do not realize that this method threatens with a number of serious consequences.

According to him, eggs are one of the healthy and nutritious foods in the diet. They are rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, E, K, D, as well as water-soluble vitamins of group B. In addition, eggs contain calcium, iron, copper, iodine, potassium and phosphorus. This is complemented by beneficial essential amino acids necessary for the synthesis of proteins in the human body, as well as lecithin, choline, polyunsaturated fatty acids and much more. In return, it contains a small percentage of carbohydrates.

“However, the egg diet is a very questionable idea, especially for people with high cholesterol or cardiovascular problems because excessive egg consumption can aggravate these problems. Also, a very high percentage of protein in the diet can increase the load on the kidneys and liver, so people with chronic kidney and liver diseases are prohibited from eating eggs,” he says.

Loginov points out that many studies have proven that eggs do not contain all the necessary vitamins and minerals. Therefore, an egg-based diet will lead to a deficiency of many substances, and a limited amount of carbohydrates will lead to feeling tired and irritable due to low blood sugar levels.

According to him, therefore, all egg-based diets include eating other foods, such as fruits, vegetables and other sources of protein, which help diversify the diet and maintain strength.
