Diplomats and aid officials meet in London as Sudan war enters third year

A one-day international conference hosted by the UK will take place in London on Tuesday as diplomats and officials work to raise funds to ease the worsening humanitarian crisis in Sudan. Neither the Sudanese government nor its paramilitary rival have been invited.
