THE world’s tallest residential tower that boats a “skydeck” pool and five-bed “sky mansions” has been unveiled in Dubai.
The Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will also stretch across 122 floors and feature 251 residences that offer a holistic, wellness-centric approach to living.

There will also be a collection of fancy sky mansions in four and five bedroom configurations.
As part of a collaboration with Dubai-based developer, Select Group, elements of the brand’s hotel roots will be visible in the design of the tower, the interiors of the residences, and the community spaces.
That includes Sleep with Six Senses bedroom amenities, classical feng shui, and wellness wardrobes stocked with home fitness and biohacking equipment.
Those who purchase one of the luxurious sky mansions will also have access to high-end wellness facilities spread across four levels.
Cryotherapy chambers, a crystal sound healing room and a spa area are just some of the extras on offer to those who splash the most cash.
Perhaps the most eye-catching feature of the 122-storey building is the 109th floor sky deck.
Here, homeowners can enjoy a 25-metre sparkling lap pool, a purpose-built deck just for yoga and stunning landscaped gardens – all while enjoying pristine views of Dubai.
For those looking for something other than wellness amenities, a games room, cinema and various lounges will also be installed to help encourage socialising and a sense of community.
The Six Senses Residences in Dubai Marina is earmarked for completion in 2028.
It will be the second Dubai property from Six Senses after The Palm, a 60-key resort and 162 branded residences on Palm Jumeirah expected to open later this year.
It will be home to the UAE’s first Six Senses Place, the brand’s renowned wellness and social club.
Dubai has already set its sights on another world record with plans to build the world’s biggest beach.
Complete with high-tech bio domes, this latest project will see a 45-mile shoreline transformed into a mangrove paradise.
And a major £28billion project is set to transform a Dubai airport into “the world’s airport” and global centre, says the city’s leader.
Construction of a futuristic new passenger terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport will begin immediately.
