EXCLUSIVE: A husband-and-wife team from a small village on the edge of Epping Forest, Essex, have embarked on an ambitious fundraising project to raise £100,000 for a much-needed school in rural Gambia, Africa after moving there and "falling in love" with the country in 1994.
