Noted blockchain investigator ZachXBT alerted the public, advising users to avoid clicking on potentially malicious links disseminated through the compromised platform. The breach poses a significant threat to user security, underscoring the vulnerabilities even in well-established crypto frameworks.

The security breach has coincided with a noticeable downturn in the market performance of Ethena’s native token, ENA. Over the past 24 hours, ENA has seen a 3% drop, while the monthly statistics show a stark 47% decline.

Since its launch on April 2, ENA has managed to break into the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization but has struggled to maintain its initial momentum.
