Ex-Ukrainian defense minister says U.S. aid vital for Kyiv's war effort

Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Andriy Zagorodnyuk warned Monday that the conditions on the front line in his country's ongoing war against Russian occupiers are "extremely tense" but pushed back against the suggestion that both sides are mired in a stalemate.
