A FEUD could erupt over the fortunes of a dead playboy as family clash with his sixth wife.

Austrian entrepreneur Richard Lugner, who once took Kim Kardashian on a date, was on Monday declared dead aged 91 at his villa in Vienna.

Lugner had only two months ago married Simone Reilaender – 49 years his junior – and said she would become the “sole boss” of his business empire when he was “no longer here”.

He left behind four children who are expected to fight over rights to his lucrative legacy.

He had included all of his kids and Simone in his will, but now a battle is about to boil over who gets what.

A source said to be close to the family told German tabloid Bild: “There will be a huge tussle over the inheritance.

“Who will have the right to live in the villa? Who will get what from the foundations?

“The properties are not bad either.”

The unnamed source is also quoted claiming that Christina Lugner – the fourth wife – will do everything in her power to make sure her daughter gets a solid slice of the pie.

The source added: “Christina Lugner will fight with all means to ensure that Jacqueline, her daughter with Richard, gets as much as possible.”

Christina had earlier spoken to Austrian media saying: “Our daughter Jacqueline will do everything in her power to ensure that Richard’s legacy is preserved and that everything is implemented as Richard wished.”

But she added they were both still grieving Lugner’s passing.

Christina said: “We’re hugging and crying. Then we’re telling funny stories from the past. That’s how we balance it out.”

Lugner in April said he wanted to ensure Simone was looked after when Father Time caught up with him.

He said: “She should be protected when I say goodbye. That’s why I will also revise my will.

“Because whoever lives with me when I die should also inherit accordingly.”

Lugner was a billionaire businessman whose interests spanned construction to shopping centres.

But he was best known for paying big sums for famous glamour girls to take his arm at swanky public events, including the likes of Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton.

He also partied with former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell and supermodel Grace Jones, who joined him at the annual Vienna Opera Ball.

Lugner suffered a string of health issues in the lead-up to his death.

Lugner's big name dates

Lugner was known for paying big coin for women to take his arm at swanky events.

Some of the names included:

  • Kim Kardashian
  • Paris Hilton
  • Gerri Halliwell
  • Joan Collins
  • Jane Fonda
  • Pamela Anderson
  • Grace Jones
  • Priscilla Presley

In June, he was rushed to hospital with crippling back pain but brushed the incident aside, insisting it was caused by a tough bike workout.

A month later on July 12, he was admitted to Vienna General Hospital with a ruptured heart valve.

Surgeons found his mitral heart valve was leaking, with blood consequently flowing the wrong way around his body.

Lugner’s funeral arrangements were already set, with the billionaire previously revealing he even had his gravestone ordered.

Lugner said: “I wanted to have everything arranged. My heirs should know what to do.”

Lugner married actress Simone at a star-studded ceremony in Vienna in June.

Newly wed Simone made it clear that their 49-year age difference didn’t hold them back on wedding night.

She boasted to local media: “We had a very long wedding night. Longer than the wedding day.”

Simone now runs his Vienna shopping mall.
