SuperShe was once listed for a whopping £2.4 million but sellers are expecting starting bids from around £800,000 to £1.6 million.

Brit real estate property site Rightmove says the average semi-detached property in London went for £746,158, but this increases with more bedrooms.

The Finnish isle that spans just eight-and-a-half acres sits in the Baltic Sea and is around 100 miles away from Norwegian capital Helsinki.

The tiny off-grid paradise is so far-flung it’s best accessed by boat or helicopter.

It boasts its own golden-sand beach, pine forests and four renovated cabins totalling 1,800 sqft.

There are three additional mini cabins, each measuring 350sqft and a convenient heliport.

Each Scandi-style dwelling hosts a cosy fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and a high-end Hästens mattress, which can be flogged for as much as £408,000.

The island’s grounds include a 100sqft spa yurt, a 750sqft yoga yurt, and a traditional Finnish sauna.

It also boasts an antique fire pit and outdoor kitchen.

Its listing reads: “Surrounded by the tranquil Baltic Sea, discover SuperShe Island nestled in one of the world’s largest archipelagos.

“Just off the coast of Finland, this ground-breaking private island is known as a salve for the soul.

“The natural beauty of the wilderness surrounding is elevated by the impeccable development tucked within.”

“The island’s amenities only sweeten the experience. Perfect your sun salutations in the 750-square-foot yoga yurt before restoring your body and mind in the traditional Finnish sauna.

“Resort operating with a zero-trace policy using eco-friendly improvements like solar and wind electricity, and incinerating toilets; High-speed internet.”

Owners say there is “2,000 sqft of buildable space approved for expansion”.

The online sale will end on October 26 and opens on October 12.

SuperShe has historically been used as a luxury, all-female resort – offering women’s only wellness retreats like meditation and yoga.

The resort was female-owned in the past but is now being sold by Concierge Auctions, in collaboration with Tea Käyhkö of Snellman Sotheby’s International Realty.
