"Fired At Suspects Posing Threats": Israel Reviews Gaza Aid Convoy Deaths

The Israeli military said Friday a review of an incident that according to Hamas left 115 Palestinians dead as crowds rushed an aid convoy found that troops "fired precisely" at approaching suspects.

"The command review found that IDF troops did not fire at the humanitarian convoy, but did fire at a number of suspects who approached the nearby forces and posed a threat to them," it said of the incident late last month.
