Former president Jimmy Carter to be honoured with state funeral in Washington

President Joe Biden will deliver the eulogy for Jimmy Carter in Washington during the state funeral for the 39th US president on Thursday. Biden’s living predecessors — Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump — are expected to join around 3,000 mourners at the service.
