Harris to deliver 'closing argument' against rival Trump at Capitol siege site

With Kamala Harris and rival Donald Trump neck and neck two weeks from Election Day, Harris will make her "closing arguments" against the former president at the same location Trump addressed supporters before they stormed the Capitol.
