The British tourist tried to force his way into the 91karakoe bar in Bangkok on Monday morning.

He was demanding to be served beers at the venue where several local women in their early 20s were working.

But the holidaymaker was kicked out by two male bouncers who chased him on a motorcycle.

The tourist, who managed a packaging company in Salisbury, Wiltshire, was spotted running along a road in Bangkok.

CCTV footage showed the terrifying moment the bouncers chased after the privately-educated Brit, who was wearing a yellow t-shirt, on a motorcycle.

The Thai pair appeared to pull up alongside Nick and he briefly sat on the back of the bike before speaking with the pair.

This footage then showed a shocking fight ignite between the brothel bouncers and Nick.

The holidaymaker charged at the Thai men and climbed onto their motorbike before the bouncers dragged him onto a pavement and appeared to try and restrain him.

The footage, which is too distressing to show in full, appeared to show Nick screaming in agony on the floor.

Nick can be heard pleading for “help” and shouting in pain as the attack continues.

The footage then showed the pair shockingly pinning Nick down for more than 10 minutes, as people came up to the fight scene, before calling an ambulance.

Cops said the bouncers attacked Leeds University graduate Nick in a nearby alleyway but then called the emergency services when he was knocked unconscious.

Nick was pronounced dead at the scene, around 200 meters from the 91karakoe bar he had tried to visit.

One of Nick’s friends, talking from the UK, said they were in shock at the news of Nick’s tragic death.

The friend said: “Oh my god, I didn’t know. That was not in Nick’s character at all. He was so polite, the nicest guy. I can’t believe it. I can’t process this.

“I knew he was in Thailand. I messaged him yesterday but haven’t heard back from him.”

Officers are now questioning the two Thai men, Phurinat, 32, and Boonchou, 29, over the alleged attack in the Bang Sue district of the capital.

Thai police said that CCTV showed that the Brit did not appear to be drunk when he arrived at the shop because he was “running in a straight line”.

However, they said he was “shouting and causing a commotion”.

Cops said he had been running for around half a mile from a nearby supermarket before he arrived at the karaoke shop, which doubles as a brothel with girls available throughout the night into the early hours of the morning.

Lieutenant Colonel Apichai Hwanjit, Deputy Superintendent of the Bang Po station said: “During the scuffle, they pushed and wrestled, causing the foreigner to fall.

“We are unsure if there was any pressure applied during the fall that caused the death, so we are waiting for the forensic results.”

Officers said that the British Embassy had been informed of the death.

A FCDO spokesperson told The Sun: “We are providing support to the family of a British man who died in Bangkok and are in contact with the local authorities.”
