Hearing kicks off over Shell Niger Delta activity: plantiffs sue for oils spills

In tonight's edition : thousands of protesters in Nigeria and dozens in the UK turn out to protest against energy giant Shell at the start of a landmark case brought by communities whose livelihoods have been devastated by decades of oil spills.
