Holding a referendum involving all Palestinians is the sole lasting democratic solution to the Palestinian issue, Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref has stated at the Extraordinary Joint Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Arab League in the Saudi capital Riyadh.
