Honduras moves to exit World Bank arbitration body

Honduras is exiting the World Bank settlement body, ICSID, assessing a $10.8 billion compensation claim. The autonomous ZEDE claims damages due to legal uncertainty and the partial repeal of the law creating special economic zones. Failed negotiations led to the ZEDE appealing to ICSID.
