How drug traffickers are using new techniques to cocaine into Europe

For the first time in ten years, the volume of cocaine seized in Belgian ports is down. But for the Belgian authorities, this does not necessarily mean that less is coming in, but that less is being caught. This could be partly due to new techniques developed by traffickers, including "mezclados", mixtures that make the drug undetectable. Thanks to chemical processes, traffickers manage to mix cocaine with all sorts of materials, liquid, plastic, wood or even metal. France 24’s team takes a look.
