Speaking on TikTok, expert Vanessa Irene said: “You need to drink celery juice with spinach after mixing them together in water. Eat it and walk around the house a little, and you will go to the bathroom immediately.”
Both spinach and celery contain a high percentage of insoluble fiber, which can aid digestion and stimulate the urge to use the toilet.
Foods listed by Medical News Today as potential treatments for constipation include: olive oil, flax seeds, probiotics, fibrous vegetables, high-fiber fruits, whole wheat bread and cereal, pasta, and water.
Vegetables that are high in insoluble fiber can help promote regular bowel movements, such as sweet potatoes, cauliflower, and carrots. Legumes, such as beans, lentils, and peas, also contain a very high percentage of fiber, and can help with weight loss and protect against bowel cancer as well.

Dehydration is a major cause of constipation, so drinking more water helps prevent it.
