The 27-year-old is a fly-in-fly-out worker in Western Australia‘s Pilbara mining region.

Megan rakes in £1,700 per week and recently got a pay rise of 30 per cent after completing an 8 hour online course that gave her more skills to use on job sites.

The motivated lass works non stop for two consecutive weeks completing gruelling 12 to 14 hour shifts before she gets to take a well-earned break.

She takes full opportunity of her time off and spends the hard earned cash jet setting around the globe to glamorous resort locations such as the Maldives, Dubai and Thailand.

Megan delights her army of 20,000 TikTok followers by sharing clips of her FIFO worker lifestyle and also of the incredible travels it enables her to go on.

She told Daily Mail Australia: “It is definitely a tiring job but also an amazing lifestyle if you are someone that wants to travel the world and earn amazing money.”

She added: “FIFO is something I really do recommend, especially if your young and want to travel, you earn amazing money and the lifestyle is great!

“You work hard for two weeks, then you have your week off to go off to another country or explore more of Australia, then go back to work, work hard earn big money and then travel again.”

Since arriving in Australia, Megan has become a seasoned traveller visiting an impressive number of countries including Bali, Croatia, Mexico, America,Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Dubai and Singapore.

Recent TikTok travel content show Megan enjoying delicious-looking breakfasts in Bali and swimming in crystal clear waters.

One clip is captioned: “I want to feel as happy as I did in this moment for the rest of my life,” and shows Megan standing on a beach with an incredible sunset backdrop.

She says the best thing about FIFO work is the money.

But this isn’t the only benefit to working on the mines, as Megan is also treated to free food, drink and accommodation and gets to see beautiful “10/10” sunsets.

As well as this the workers at her company are never bored as they have games nights, bingo, gyms and pools.

Although there are many perks to the fly-in-fly out lifestyle Megan admits it’s a challenge being away from home and family for so long.
