A frequent poster on TikTok, Bautista often shows how he uses his work tools to bulk up and calls himself “The Legendary Briklayer”.

In one clip, he can be seen doing squats with a cement mixer resting on his shoulders, while another clip shows him doing press-ups with a heavy sandbag on his back.

To help keep his arms huge, the Mexican engages in plenty of shovelling, sledgehammering, and wheelbarrowing.

But when it comes to nutrition, all healthy eating and drinking goes out the window.

Bautista forgoes protein shakes and strict diets, instead preferring fizzy drinks, junk food, and carbs.

However, it doesn’t stop him from being in tip-top shape.

As a result, Bautista’s physique has led to comparisons to Rambo and “The Rock”.

“Before, I was lean,” he recalled. “My boss told me I was too skinny, ‘You have to eat more, son, even beans and enchiladas.’

“So, I transitioned to bulking.”

Freddy often gives bodybuilding tips and answers his fans’ food and fitness questions online.

He trains on the job at least three days a week and his favourite grub is tortillas with pickled peppers, chorizo, and egg sarnies.

His latest TikTok video shows a selection of his huge, greasy meals.

“You’ve got to eat like a beast,” he wrote.

Elsewhere, an 80-year-old woman has defied expectations to become the world’s oldest bodybuilder and claims her toyboy loves her buff look.

Janice Lorraine, from Australia, didn’t even start lifting weights until she was 56 but is now an ambassador for older women wanting to stay strong and keep in shape.

And the world’s strongest brothers who began weightlifting as soon as they could walk are now unrecognisable as teenagers.

Giuliano and his four-year-old brother Claudiu Stroe made waves across the internet in 2010 when eye-popping images of them flexing their muscles emerged.
