You could be paid to move to Ireland and Sardinia, while New Zealand is offering a Global Impact Visa

The money expert revealed the stunning revelation in one of her latest social media videos, sending fans wild with excitement.

However, while this may sound like a sweet deal, Sarah also warns that you should always check the small print as most of these offers come with a catch.

Nonetheless, Sarah described it as a “great way to start” for those wanting to travel the world and explore different countries.

“It’s a great opportunity to move to a new country and get funding for your business,” she told AbsolutelyBusiness.

So, without further ado, let’s find out where you could move to in 2024.

IRELAND

Brits could receive a grant of £71,300 to move to Ireland[/caption]

The first choice is Ireland, with a singular policy covering a whopping 23 islands.

With two different schemes on offer, you could fetch a grant of €84,000 (£71,300).

Sarah said: “The scheme is part of a broader 10-year national policy aimed at ensuring sustainable, vibrant communities on Ireland’s offshore islands.

“To qualify, individuals must purchase and own a property on one of these rural islands, with the property having been vacant for at least two years and built before 1993.”

Ireland also offers a “Start-up Entrepreneur Programme” (STEP).

The programme offers budding businessmen the opportunity to establish their businesses and set up shop in Ireland for the foreseeable on a full-time basis.

Conditions of the scheme include having a clean criminal record, not being a financial “burden on the Irish State” and working on your business full time – not being employed in any other capacity.

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand is also joining in on the fun, offering a Global Impact Visa perfect for investors/entrepreneurs.

Conditions of the scheme include being accepted into the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, a programme for entrepreneurs.

Applicants must also meet health, character and English requirements and demonstrate that you adhere to employment, taxation and immigration laws.

This scheme is designed for innovative investors and entrepreneurs aiming to have a positive global impact by creating and supporting ventures.

SARDINIA

The final place that could tickle your fancy and keep your vitamin D in abundance is Sardinia.

The Sardinian Government is offering £12,700 (€15,000) in a bid to encourage young families to settle down on the Italian island, combating rural depopulation.

Individuals can also receive a non-repayable grant in exchange for enhancing the Sardinian economy.

Sarah said: “I think the schemes are great and a fantastic opportunity for people to live in other countries and gain funding for their business ideas.

“I love the idea of exploring and living in different countries and potentially could move if I felt that was the best option for me and my family.”

But there is one condition – you must choose a village with a population of less than 3,000 people and the grant must be used to renovate the area.

The wealth expert adds that the applicant age must be over 18 years of age.

Nonetheless, social media users joined in the fun and flocked to the comments section of Sarah’s video to share which schemes they would like to take up.

One person said: “By America, I’ll take Italy, Ireland or Greece.”

A second added: “New Zealand is beautiful.”

A third commented: “New Zealand or Ireland.”

One person even described the scheme as “fascinating and worth knowing.”

Elsewhere, the sun-soaked Italian region of Calabria has also previously offered a whopping £26,000 to anyone who wants to move there.

The stunning location is surrounded by beautiful beaches and could be a millennial’s dream – but only if they’re the right age.

And the tropical Indian Ocean island of Mauritius offered to pay people to move there if they proved their worth.

For those with skills in business, tech or finance, the paradise island – just of the edge of East Africa, close to Madagascar – will pay a successful applicant £350 per month to create a startup.
