IAEA head says Iran open to ‘serious dialogue’

Iran has shown a willingness to engage in “serious dialogue” with the United Nations nuclear watchdog for the first time in more than a year, according to Rafael Grossi, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
