Attendees of Malaysia Blockchain Week (MBW) and Asia Blockchain Summit (ABS) have been introduced to iAgent Protocol’s new AI agent as a digital asset class.
The new and innovative digital asset class allows gamers worldwide to create, train, trade, and monetize personalized game AI-agents that take the NPCs of the past to a whole new level.
iAgent’s new AI-Agent is trained from pro-players’ gameplay footage in Counter-Strike, and could potentially bring about an unprecedented growth in the gaming industry. The new technology uses AI Modules to train gaming characters based on gameplay footage.
An example of such presented by the project included an AI-Agent trained from the video footage of Flaxciz, a professional CS player from Team Secret. Apart from improving on the outdated NPCs of the gaming world, iAgent also intends to empower gamers within the industry.
Any user is allowed to train an AI agent with the gameplay footage and then trade, rent, and monetize their personal game agents. The project’s solutions cater to all participants in the gaming industry, from a casual gamer playing with friends to an entire studio wanting to add world-class human-trained AI characters to their game.
CEO of iAgent and keynote speaker at the event, Jamie Batzorig, unveiled a character trained in collaboration with Alliance and Team Secret. The team also worked with AethirCloud, a company working on scalable, decentralized infrastructure for Gaming and AI.
iAgent is powered by DePIN, which allows it to leverage underutilized GPU resources from around the world and transforms them into a distributed GPU network dedicated to training AI-agents.
The project is also supported by GEDA, a web3 esports ecosystem onboarding esports enthusiasts, and Emerge Group, a gaming marketing agency that has worked with top names like Valorant, Mobile Legends, and Riot Games.
By creating AI-agents as digital assets and providing all gamers with the tools and infrastructure to train their own Agents, iAgent aims to democratize gaming. It also seeks to alter the landscape and future of gaming by creating the world’s first AI-agent trained on a pro esports player footage.
Players only need gameplay footage to develop their own AI-agents which represent the players’ gaming strategies, styles, and creativity. This makes them a digital representation of their gaming persona, and everyone in the gaming industry will soon have access to the tools to do this.
iAgent also provides the first-ever AI_NFT standard (OFT), which allows creators to have full ownership over their AI-agents running on multiple chains using innovative technology developed by LayerZero Labs.
