India PM vows to pursue Kashmir attackers to 'ends of the Earth'

India and Pakistan exchanged an escalating series of tit-for-tat diplomatic measures on Thursday, after New Delhi accused its regional rival of backing a deadly shooting in contested Kashmir that left 26 people dead. India said it had identified two of the three suspects as Pakistani militants, while Pakistan denied the allegation and called for an independent investigation.
