Indonesia begins voting with ex-general Subianto the favourite

Indonesians vote for new president, Prabowo Subianto is frontrunner despite concerns over human rights record and claims of improper support from outgoing leader Joko Widodo. Subianto, a military chief during Suharto dictatorship, mixes populist rhetoric with pledges to continue Widodo's policies. Former Jakarta governor Baswedan and former Central Java governor Pranowo are other contenders.
