Jamie Raskin Slayed Republicans At Fauci Hearing

Much like the Comer/Biden "impeachment" hearings, where zero evidence was presented to impeach President Biden, Republicans are once again springing into action to do nothing. This is the most ineffective Congress of my lifetime. And now they have hearings on Anthony Fauci, our country's top infectious disease expert, and all because their orange hero targeted him instead of taking responsibility for his failings during the pandemic.

Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin got real with Republicans during the hearing.

"I want to join my colleague from Florida in apologizing to you that some of our colleagues in the United States House of Representatives seem to want to drag your name through the mud," Raskin said. "They're treating you, Dr. Fauci, like a convicted felon."

"Actually, you probably wish they were treating you like a convicted felon," he added. "They treat convicted felons with love and admiration. Some of them blindly worship convicted felons."

Raskin was taking a shot at Republicans for treating Convict 45 better than an expert in infectious diseases.

To show you how utterly ridiculous this hearing is, GOP NY Rep. Nicole Malliotakis really thought she had something on Fauci. She really got him this time. Oh, wait.
