Joe Biden's brother to testify in impeachment inquiry

James Biden, brother of President Biden, will testify in a closed-door session for a Republican-led House impeachment inquiry. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has determined that Biden family members and their business connections received "significant payments" from individuals and companies in China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Romania. Hunter Biden is scheduled to speak to investigators.
