EVIL Josef Fritzl has been pictured for the first time out of prison as he bids for parole after 15 years behind bars.

It comes after he was reportedly seen visiting local cafes near his prison in Krems an der Donau just weeks before his release.

Fritzl was seen arriving at court

Fritzl, 88, has been serving his sentence for 15 years.
