Kamala Harris wins Guam straw poll with 49% which always predicted every popular vote winner

Guam is a US island territory in Micronesia in the Western Pacific and not a state and hence it is not eligible to elect members of the Electoral College. Its straw poll results, which have been held every four years since 1980, are non-binding and don't count towards the Electoral College.
