Natalie Portman is ready for her Apple TV+ debut and the first look of her upcoming series titled the Lady in the Lake has been released. The 42-year-old actress is in the lead role for the thriller series.
In her acting career that spans over three decades, Portman has been part of some of the most iconic movies in Hollywood history, and she has delivered some of the most memorable performances.
A psychology graduate from Harvard University, Portman’s most successful movies include Star Wars, Closer, V for Vendetta, Black Swan, No Strings Attached, Thor, Jackie, Annihilation and Thor: Love and Thunder.
In her decorated career, Portman has won many awards and accolades and the major ones include an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, two Golden Globe Awards and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Now, after being so successful in mainstream films, Natalie Portman has made a move towards the streaming platforms.
She will star in the Apple TV series as Maddie Schwartz, a mother and a housewife who has high aims and ambitions. She wants to be a journalist, but she will have to pay a price for that.
In her way to fulfil her dreams, she meets another woman who has the same ambitions, and they both will have to go through a lot.
The theme of the series is based on 1960s Baltimore. The series will also feature Moses Ingram, who will be in a role of Cleo Sherwood, a young married black woman who is doing her best to manage her work and home at the same time.
The story would turn 360 degrees after the sudden, mysterious death of Cleo, which would leave Maddie with several questions that she would try to find out.
Apple TV has also announced the premier date of the series, which is set to be on July 19th.
