Leading Democrats hail Biden's legacy, Republicans call for his resignation

As soon as  Joe Biden announced his withdrawal from the 2024 Presidential race for the White House, prominent figures in the Democratic Party praised the American president's sacrifice for his country and lauded his legacy. Meanwhile, Republicans, led by Donald Trump, argued that Biden should resign if he is not capable of running for a second term.
