Lebanon FM says diplomatic efforts ongoing to rein in awaited Israeli retaliation

Lebanon's top diplomat revealed that multiple countries are engaging in diplomacy to prevent an escalation after an attack blamed on Hezbollah killed civilians in Golan Heights. Israeli defence minister Yoav Gallant vowed a strong response. Hezbollah denied involvement, while international efforts focus on de-escalation. The violence since October has caused significant casualties on both sides.
